Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to The Blank, a social party game and related services. By using the game, you agree to these terms and to any additional rules shown in the app.

Accounts

You may use The Blank with a guest profile or a linked account. You are responsible for activity under your profile and for keeping access to your device and sign-in credentials secure. Linking an account helps preserve access to gameplay history and subscription entitlements across devices.

Subscriptions and Purchases

• Paid subscriptions unlock premium features described in the app at the time of purchase.
• iOS purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. The Blank does not receive full payment card details.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings before the renewal date.
• Billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled under Apple's applicable terms and policies.
• We may verify purchase status through Apple and entitlement providers such as Adapty.

Player Content

You are responsible for answers, profile text, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to use submitted content to operate gameplay, generate verdicts and artifacts, display results, improve the service, and provide support.

Acceptable Use

Do not use The Blank to harass others, submit unlawful content, attack the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, evade payment, or interfere with another player's experience. We may limit, suspend, or remove access where needed to protect players or the service.

AI-Generated Output

The Blank may generate commentary, verdicts, and artifacts using automated systems. Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive. Use judgment before relying on or sharing game output outside the game context.

Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or availability. We will handle active subscriptions in accordance with applicable App Store requirements.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Blank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
